Full-Day Rainforest Tour
On this day tour, we will make several stops in the area. The first will be a visit to one of the eight waterfalls in the country. It is a beautiful natural gem surrounded by greenery in a dry forest area: Llanos del Cortez, which features sandstone that will make you feel like you're on the beach. After this, we will visit the Bijagua area, where the Tenorio Volcano National Park is located. There, you can enjoy a hike that will take about two hours to appreciate the beautiful flora and fauna of the Park and observe its wonderful Tropical Rainforest. After this, we will visit three beautiful hanging bridges that cross the forest canopy, each bridge located at heights between 35 and 40 meters. After these tours, we will have a delicious lunch. Finally, we will visit an ecological park where you can observe several species of frogs, as well as sloths, butterflies, and different types of plants such as orchids and bromeliads.
